| The Management Board of VOTUM S.A. hereby informs about the change of the publication date of the Consolidated Semi-Annual Report of the VOTUM Capital Group for the 1st half year of 2012. Pursuant to the current report No. 7/2012 dated January 17, 2012, the Consolidated Semi-Annual Report was to be published on August 31, 2012, while the publication of the Report is re-scheduled on August 30, 2012.
