According to current report 7/2012 of 17 January 2012 the abovementioned reports were to be published on 30 April 2012, however, they will be published on 24 April 2012.Legal Basis: §103 section 2 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 in reference to current and periodical information conveyed by issuers of securities and the terms of recognising the non-member country’s information required by legal provisions as equivalent. |
