| Zarząd VOTUM S.A. („Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 3 lutego 2012 powziął informację o podpisaniu przez drugą stronę umowy – Centre of Trade Estate S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu – aneksu zmieniającego istotne warunki umowy najmu pomieszczeń biurowych w budynku przy ul. Wyścigowej 56i, w których Spółka prowadzi działalność. O niniejszej umowie Emitent informował w Prospekcie Emisyjnym (Część III – Dokument Rejestracyjny, str. 131 oraz str. 255). Umowa jest wykonywana. Zmianie uległ okres obowiązywania umowy – umowa została przedłużona na okres do dnia 31 stycznia 2017. Zmianie uległy także warunki płatności – czynsz najmu naliczany będzie w walucie EUR i podlegać będzie rocznej waloryzacji w oparciu o zharmonizowany wskaźnik wzrostu cen towarów konsumpcyjnych HICP ogłaszany dla wszystkich krajów Unii Europejskiej przez Eurostat. Waloryzacja następować będzie co roku, w dniu 31 stycznia, począwszy od dnia 31 stycznia 2013 roku, w oparciu o wskaźnik HICP właściwy dla roku poprzedzającego waloryzację. Dotychczas czynsz naliczany był w PLN i nie podlegał waloryzacji. Pozostałe warunki umowy nie ulegają zmianie. Postanowienia niniejszego aneksu obowiązują od dnia 1 lutego 2012 roku. |

| The Management Board of VOTUM S.A. (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) states that on 3 February 2012 it received information about signing an annex, which changes crucial conditions of the Lease related to the offices in a building at ul. Wyścigowa 56i (in which the Company runs its business), by the other Party, i.e. Centre of Trade Estate S.A., with its seat in Wrocław. The Issuer provided information about the Lease in the Prospectus (Part III – Incorporation Document, p. 131 and 255). The Lease is an executory contract. The Lease’s term was prolonged until 31 January 2017. Moreover, the Lease’s payment conditions changed – the rent shall be charged in EUR and shall be subject to the annual indexation on the basis of the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) published for all EU countries by Eurostat. Starting from 31 January 2013, the indexation shall take place annually on every 31 January on the grounds of a HICP appropriate for the year preceding the indexation. So far the rent has been charged in PLN and has not been subject to indexation. The remaining Lease’s conditions stay unchanged. The provisions of this annex have been binding since 1 February 2012. |
