W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 36/2012 z dnia 28 maja 2012 dotyczącego powołania przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie do składu Rady Nadzorczej Anny Ludwig Zarząd VOTUM S.A. („Emitent”) informuje, że zgodnie z oświadczeniem Anny Ludwig prowadzona przez nią działalność poza przedsiębiorstwem Emitenta nie stanowi działalności konkurencyjnej wobec Emitenta oraz Anna Ludwig nie uczestniczy w spółce konkurencyjnej jako wspólnik spółki cywilnej, osobowej lub jako członek organu spółki kapitałowej i nie uczestniczy w innej konkurencyjnej osobie prawnej jako członek jej organu. Według oświadczenia Anny Ludwig nie figuruje ona w Rejestrze Dłużników Niewypłacalnych prowadzonym na podstawie ustawy o KRS. |

| With regard to the current report no 36/2012 of 28 May 2012 concerning the appointment of Anna Ludwig as a member of the Supervisory Board by the Annual General Meeting, the Management Board of VOTUM S.A. („the Issuer”) hereby advises that, according to Anna Ludwig’s statement, her operations outside the Issuer’s company do not constitute competitive actions against the Issuer, she is not a shareholder of a competing private partnership or partnership, she is not a member of a governing body in a competing share-holding company, and she is not a member of a governing body in a competing legal entity. According to Anny Ludwig’s statement she is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained on the grounds of the Act of the National Court Register. |
