Zarząd VOTUM S.A. („Emitent”, „Spółka”) informuje o zawarciu umów lokat terminowych z Nordea Bank Polska S.A. z siedzibą w Gdyni. W związku z zakończeniem lokat terminowych zawartych w dniu 22 grudnia 2011, o których Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym nr 64/2011 z dnia 23 grudnia 2011 uwolnione środki zostały ulokowane na lokatach o następujących parametrach: 1. 2 lokaty terminowe na okres 1 miesiąca z oprocentowaniem stałym wynoszącym 5,79 % w skali roku, lokaty nieodnawialne na kwotę 502.420,55 PLN (słownie: pięćset dwa tysiące czterysta dwadzieścia złotych 55/100) każda. Data otwarcia lokat: 23 stycznia 2012. 2. Lokata terminowa na okres 1 miesiąca z oprocentowaniem stałym wynoszącym 5,77 % w skali roku, lokata nieodnawialna na kwotę 509.782,44 PLN (słownie: pięćset dziewięć tysięcy siedemset osiemdziesiąt dwa złote 44/100). Data otwarcia lokaty: 24 lutego 2012. 3. Lokata terminowa na okres 1 miesiąca z oprocentowaniem stałym wynoszącym 5,77 % w skali roku, lokata nieodnawialna na kwotę 500.000,00 PLN (słownie: pięćset tysięcy złotych). Data otwarcia lokaty: 24 lutego 2012. Umowy zostały zawarte na warunkach rynkowych. Strona transakcji nie jest jednostką powiązaną z Emitentem. Łączna kwota utworzonych lokat terminowych wynosi 2.014.623,54 PLN (słownie: dwa miliony czternaście tysięcy sześćset dwadzieścia trzy złote, 54/100) i przekracza 10% kapitałów własnych Emitenta. Podstawa prawna: § 5 ust 1 pkt 3 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. |

| VOTUM S.A. Management Board (“the Issuer”, “the Company”) informs about concluding agreements on fix-term deposits with Nordea Bank Polska S.A., with its seat in Gdynia. Due to closing the fix-term deposits which were opened on 22 December 2011 and about which the Company informed in the current report no. 64/2011 as of 23 December 2011, the available funds were transferred to the deposits of the following parameters: 1. 2 fix-term deposits for 1 month with fixed interest of 5.79 % annually, non-renewable deposits for PLN 502 420.55 (in words: five hundred two thousand four hundred twenty Polish Złotys and 55/100) each. The deposits’ opening date: 23 January 2012. 2. A fix-term deposit for 1 month with fixed interest of 5.77 % annually, a non-renewable deposit for PLN 509 782.44 (in words: five hundred nine thousand seven hundred eighty two Polish Złotys and 44/100). The deposit’s opening date: 24 January 2012. 3. A fix-term deposit for 1 month with fixed interest of 5.77 % annually, a non-renewable deposit for PLN 500 000.00 (in words: five hundred thousand Polish Złotys). The deposit’s opening date: 24 February 2012. The deposit agreements were concluded at the arm’s length. The transaction party is not related to the Issuer. The total amount of the opened fix-term deposits is PLN 2 014 623.54 (in words: two million fourteen thousand six hundred twenty three Polish Złotys and 54/100) and exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
