Zarząd VOTUM S.A. („Emitent”, „Spółka”) informuje o zawarciu umów lokat terminowych z Nordea Bank Polska S.A. z siedzibą w Gdyni. W związku z zakończeniem lokat terminowych zawartych w dniu 22 grudnia 2011, o których Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym nr 64/2011 z dnia 23 grudnia 2011 uwolnione środki zostały ulokowane na lokatach o następujących parametrach: 1. 4 lokaty terminowe na okres 1 miesiąca z oprocentowaniem stałym wynoszącym 5,69 % w skali roku, lokaty nieodnawialne na kwotę 500.000,00 PLN (słownie: pięćset tysięcy złotych, 00/100) każda. Data otwarcia lokat: 22 marca 2012. 2. 1 lokata terminowa na okres 1 miesiąca z oprocentowaniem stałym wynoszącym 5,69 % w skali roku, lokata nieodnawialna na kwotę 538.643,85 PLN (słownie: pięćset trzydzieści osiem tysięcy sześćset czterdzieści trzy złote, 85/100). Data otwarcia lokaty: 22 marca 2012. Umowy zostały zawarte na warunkach rynkowych. Strona transakcji nie jest jednostką powiązaną z Emitentem. Łączna kwota utworzonych lokat terminowych wynosi 2.538.643,85 (słownie: dwa miliony pięćset trzydzieści osiem tysięcy sześćset czterdzieści trzy złote, 85/100) i przekracza 10% kapitałów własnych Emitenta. Podstawa prawna: § 5 ust 1 pkt 3 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

| The Management Board of VOTUM S.A. (“the Issuer”, “Company”) hereby informs about concluding the fixed-term deposit account agreements with Nordea Bank Polska S.A. with its registered office in Gdynia. |
In connection with closing the fixed-term deposit accounts concluded on December 22, 2011 of which the Company informed in current reports No. 64/2011 dated December 23, 2011 the released funds were paid to the deposit accounts with the following parameters:
1. 4 fixed-term deposit accounts for the period of 1 month with fixed interest rate equal 5.69% per annum, non-renewable deposit for the amount of PLN 500,000.00. Date of opening the deposit account: March 22, 2012.
2. 1 fixed-term deposit account for the period of 1 month with fixed interest rate equal 5.69% per annum, non-renewable deposit for the amount of PLN 538,643.85. Date of opening the deposit account: March 22, 2012.
The agreements were concluded pursuant to the arm’s length principles. The party to the transaction is not an entity related to the Issuer. The total amount in the opened fixed-term deposit accounts equals 2,538,643.85 and exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
