Zarząd VOTUM S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 23 maja 2012 otrzymał zawiadomienie w trybie Art. 160 Ustawy o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi od osoby wchodzącej w skład organu nadzorczego Spółki („Zawiadamiający”) o nabyciu przez osobę blisko z nim związaną w rozumieniu art. 160 powołanej ustawy w wyniku transakcji sesyjnych zwykłych na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych S.A. w Warszawie w okresie od 18 maja 2012 do 21 maja 2012 łącznie 15.212 akcji Spółki za łączną kwotę 69.264,66 PLN. Transakcje nabycia akcji zostały zawarte zgodnie z poniższą specyfikacją: 1. nabycie 9.312 akcji VOTUM S.A. w dniu 18 maja 2012 za łączną kwotę 41.198,82 PLN – średnia cena wyniosła 4,42 PLN za akcję 2. nabycie 5.900 akcji VOTUM S.A. w dniu 21 maja 2012 za łączną kwotę 28.065,84 PLN – średnia cena wyniosła 4,76 PLN za akcję |

| The Management Board of VOTUM S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that on May 23, 2012, a person from the supervisory body of the Company notified it – pursuant to Article 160 of the Act on Financial Instrument Trading – of acquisition of 15,212 shares of the Company for the total amount of PLN 69,264.66 by a person closely related, as interpreted in Article 160 of the cited Act, as a result of ordinary session transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the period from May 18, 2012, to May 21, 2012. The share acquisition transactions were concluded in accordance with the following specification:1. the acquisition of 9,312 shares of VOTUM S.A. on May 18, 2012, for the total amount of PLN 41,198.82 – the average price equalled PLN 4.42 per share2. the acquisition of 5,900 shares of VOTUM S.A. on May 21, 2012, for the total amount of PLN 28,065.84 – the average price equalled PLN 4.76 per share |
