| Zarząd VOTUM S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 25 stycznia 2012 otrzymał zawiadomienie w trybie Art. 160 Ustawy o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi od osoby wchodzącej w skład Zarządu Spółki o nabyciu w dniu 30 sierpnia 2011 w wyniku transakcji sesyjnej zwykłej na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych S.A. w Warszawie 150 akcji VOTUM S.A. w cenie 3,59 zł za akcję. Łączna kwota transakcji wyniosła 538,50 zł.

| The Management Board of VOTUM S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that on January 25, 2012, a person from the Management Board of the Company notified it – pursuant to Article 160 of the Act on Financial Instrument Trading – of acquisition of 150 shares of the Company for the total amount of PLN 538.50 as a result of ordinary session transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transactions were effected on August 30, 2011. The average share price equalled PLN 3.59 per share. |
