| Zarząd VOTUM S.A. (“Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 21 września 2012 roku otrzymał zawiadomienie w trybie Art. 160 Ustawy o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi od osoby wchodzącej w skład organu nadzorczego Spółki o nabyciu przez osobę blisko związaną w rozumieniu Art. 160 powołanej ustawy w wyniku transakcji sesyjnych zwykłych na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie 4 318 akcji Spółki za łączną kwotę 18 868,56 PLN. Transakcje nastąpiły w dniu 17 września 2012 roku. Średnia cena akcji wyniosła 4,37 PLN za akcję. |

| The Management Board of VOTUM S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that on September 21, 2012, a person from the supervisory body of the Company notified it – pursuant to Article 160 of the Act on Financial Instrument Trading – of acquisition of 4,318 shares of the Company for the total amount of PLN 18,868.56 by a person closely related, as interpreted in Article 160 of the cited Act, as a result of ordinary session transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transactions were effected on September 17, 2012. The average share price equalled PLN 4.37 per share. |
