| Zarząd VOTUM S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 23 stycznia 2012 otrzymał zawiadomienie w trybie Art. 160 Ustawy o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi od osoby wchodzącej w skład organu nadzorczego Spółki o nabyciu przez osobę blisko związaną w rozumieniu Art. 160 powołanej ustawy w okresie od 17 stycznia 2012 do 20 stycznia 2012 w wyniku transakcji sesyjnych zwykłych na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych S.A. w Warszawie 3967 akcji za łączną kwotę 14 418,98 PLN. Transakcje nabycia akcji zostały zawarte zgodnie z poniższą specyfikacją:
1. Nabycie 1 282 akcji VOTUM S.A. w dniu 17 stycznia 2012 za łączną kwotę 4 692,12 PLN – średnia cena wyniosła 3,66 PLN |

| The Management Board of VOTUM S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that on January 23, 2012, a person from the supervisory body of the Company notified it – pursuant to Article 160 of the Act on Financial Instrument Trading – of acquisition of 3,967 shares of the Company for the total amount of PLN 14,418.98 by a person closely related, as interpreted in Article 160 of the cited Act, as a result of ordinary session transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the period from January 17, 2012, to January 20, 2012. The share acquisition transactions were concluded in accordance with the following specification:

1. the acquisition of 1,282 shares of VOTUM S.A. on January 17, 2012, for the total amount of PLN 4,692.12 – the average price equalled PLN 3.66 per share2. the acquisition of 24 shares of VOTUM S.A. on January 18, 2012, for the total amount of PLN 86,64.00 – the average price equalled PLN 3.61 per share
3. the acquisition of 50 shares of VOTUM S.A. on January 19, 2012, for the total amount of PLN 179.00 – the average price equalled PLN 3.58 per share
4. the acquisition of 2,611 shares of VOTUM S.A. on January 20, 2012, for the total amount of PLN 9,461.22 – the average price equalled PLN 3.62 per share
