| Zarząd VOTUM S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 24 stycznia 2012 otrzymał zawiadomienie w trybie Art. 160 Ustawy o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi od osoby wchodzącej w skład Zarządu Spółki o nabyciu w okresie od 5 stycznia 2011 do 14 stycznia 2011 w wyniku transakcji sesyjnych zwykłych na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych S.A. w Warszawie 1 600 akcji za łączną kwotę 6 910,00 PLN. Transakcje nabycia akcji zostały zawarte zgodnie z poniższą specyfikacją: 1. Nabycie 900 akcji VOTUM S.A. w dniu 5 stycznia 2011 za łączną kwotę 3 942,00 PLN – średnia cena wyniosła 4,38 PLN 2. Nabycie 700 akcji VOTUM S.A. w dniu 14 stycznia 2011 za łączną kwotę 2 968,00 PLN – średnia cena wyniosła 4,24 PLN

| The Management Board of VOTUM S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that on January 24, 2012, a person from the Management Board of the Company notified it – pursuant to Article 160 of the Act on Financial Instrument Trading – of acquisition of 1,600 shares of the Company for the total amount of PLN 6,910.00 as a result of ordinary session transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the period from January 5,2011, to January 14, 2012. The share acquisition transactions were concluded in accordance with the following specification: |
1. the acquisition of 900 shares of VOTUM S.A. on January 5,2011, for the total amount of PLN 3,942.00 – the average price equalled PLN 4.38 per share
2. the acquisition of 700 shares of VOTUM S.A. on January 14, 2011, for the total amount of PLN 2,968.00 – the average price equalled PLN 4.24 per share
