Harmonogram przekazywania raportów okresowych w roku 2012

– Raport roczny VOTUM S.A. za rok 2011 – 30 kwietnia 2012
– Skonsolidowany raport roczny Grupy Kapitałowej VOTUM za rok 2011 – 30 kwietnia 2012Raport półroczny:
– Skonsolidowany raport półroczny Grupy Kapitałowej VOTUM za I półrocze 2012 roku – 31 sierpnia 2012Raporty kwartalne:
– Skonsolidowany raport Grupy Kapitałowej VOTUM za IV kwartał 2011 roku – 29 lutego 2012
– Skonsolidowany raport Grupy Kapitałowej VOTUM za I kwartał 2012 roku – 15 maja 2012
– Skonsolidowany raport Grupy Kapitałowej VOTUM za III kwartał 2012 roku – 14 listopada 2012

Jednocześnie Zarząd VOTUM S.A. działając na podstawie § 83 ust. 1 i ust. 3 w/w Rozporządzenia informuje, że w 2012 roku nie będzie przekazywał do publicznej wiadomości odrębnych raportów kwartalnych VOTUM S.A. za IV kwartał 2011 roku oraz I i III kwartał 2012 roku, a także odrębnego raportu półrocznego VOTUM S.A.. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne oraz skonsolidowany raport półroczny będą zawierały odpowiednio kwartalną informację finansową oraz półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie finansowe.

Zarząd VOTUM S.A. informuje także, że zgodnie z § 101 ust. 2 w/w Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikował raportu kwartalnego oraz skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za II kwartał 2012 roku.

– Annual report of VOTUM S.A. for 2011 – 30 April 2012,
– Consolidated annual report of VOTUM Group of Companies for 2011 – 30 April 2012.

Half-year report:
– Consolidated half-year report of VOTUM Group of Companies for the 1^st half year of 2012 – 31 August 2012.

Quarterly reports:
– Consolidated report of VOTUM Group of Companies for the 4^th quarter of 2011 – 29 February 2012,
– Consolidated report of VOTUM Group of Companies for the 1^st quarter of 2012 – 15 May 2012,
– Consolidated report of VOTUM Group of Companies for the 3^rd quarter of 2012 – 14 November 2012.

At the same time, acting on the grounds of § 83 section 1 and 3 of the above-mentioned resolution, the Management Board of VOTUM S.A. informs that in 2012 it will not publish separate quarterly reports of VOTUM S.A. for the 4^th quarter of 2011 and the 1^st and 3^rd quarter of 2012 as well as the separate half-year report of VOTUM S.A. The consolidated quarterly report and consolidated half-year report will include quarterly financial information and an abridged half-year financial statement respectively.

VOTUM S.A. Management Board informs also that it will not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the 2^nd quarter of 2012, according to § 101 section 2 of the afore-mentioned resolution.

Legal Basis: The Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 in reference to current and periodical information conveyed by issuers of securities and the terms of recognising the non-member country’s information required by legal provisions as equivalent.
