13 grudnia 2010 r. został opublikowany ranking „Gazele Biznesu 2010”, w którym po raz pierwszy znalazło się również VOTUM S.A.. W dolnośląskiej części rankingu małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw uplasowało się na wysokiej 40 pozycji.
„Gazele Biznesu” to tworzony od 2000 r. przez „Puls Biznesu” ranking najbardziej dynamicznie rozwijających się małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. O miejscu firmy na liście rankingowej decyduje wyrażony w procentach osiągnięty w ciągu trzech kolejnych lat przyrost obrotów. Jednak nie tylko szybki wzrost charakteryzuje wyróżnione w rankingu firmy – cechą „Gazel Biznesu” jest także dobra reputacja oraz uczciwość wobec Klientów i Kontrahentów. Dynamiczny rozwój, przewaga wobec konkurencji, jakość oferowanych usług, a także etyczny aspekt prowadzonej działalności zostały docenione nie tylko w rankingu „Gazel Biznesu” – na początku grudnia tego roku Votum S.A. otrzymało także dwa inne prestiżowe tytuły: „Przedsiębiorstwo Fair Play” oraz „Diament Forbesa 2011”.
Pozytywna ocena sytuacji finansowej, jak również transparentność i efektywność działalności zostały dostrzeżone także przez inwestorów – podczas zakończonych na początku grudnia zapisów na akcje nadsubskrypcja wyniosła 70% w Transzy Otwartej oraz 20% w Transzy Pracowniczej.Wrocław, December 13, 2010 – VOTUM S.A. – the biggest law office dealing with compensations in the Polish insurance market which completed the Initial Public Offering last week – was awarded the title of the “Business Gazelle” (Gazela Biznesu). In the Lower Silesian part of the ranking of small and medium enterprises, Votum S.A. had a high, i.e. 40th, position.
The Business Gazelle is the ranking of the most dynamically developing small and medium enterprises prepared by Puls Biznesu magazine since 2000. The position of a company in the ranking is decided on the basis of the increase in the turnover achieved during the consecutive three years and expressed as percentage. However, the companies awarded in the ranking are characterised not only by rapid growth – one of the distinctive features of a Business Gazelle is also good reputation and honesty towards its Clients and Business Partners. Dynamic development, advantage over the competition, quality of offered services and ethical aspect of the conducted business activity have been appreciated not only in the Business Gazelle ranking – at the beginning of December this year, Votum S.A. was also awarded two other prestigious titles of the “Fair Play Enterprise” and the “2011 Forbes Diamond”.
The positive assessment of the financial standing as well as the transparency and effectiveness of the activities were noticed by the investors – during the subscription for shares completed at the beginning of December, the over-subscription equalled 70% in the Open Tranche and 20% in the Employees’ Tranche.
